Maybe I should get out more, but in my opinion nothing beats the thrill of a new work-from-home setup or shiny new gadget to play with 😂 But seriously, keeping my WFH setup fresh is a must. If I’m going to be 'trapped' in these four walls for hours on end, I might as well make it enjoyable, right? Efficient and effective work? Check. Comfort? Double-check. Whether it's the latest software or the newest hardware, I'm always on the hunt for ways to make my daily grind a bit more exciting. How do you keep your workspace from driving you insane? Note: I use the word trapped very lightly thanks to flexible working and big boss energy. #WFH #TechEnthusiast #HomeOfficeSetup #Productivity #Workfromhome

Explaining to family that WFH isn’t a holiday be like: Me on a Zoom call Dad: ‘Beta, can you help move the furniture?’ Me: ‘Dad, I’m working right now.’ Dad: ‘But you’re at home!’ WFH = Work From Home, not a day off. 😅 Anyone else facing this? How do you explain it to your family? #WorkFromHome #WFHStruggles #RemoteWork #FamilyLife #Productivity

Happy National Work From Home Day! Our team is 100% remote which means every day is work from home day. Here are a few things we like about WFH, in no particular order: 1. No commute (unless you count walking to your desk) 2. Higher productivity (aka, no office drive-bys from coworkers asking "do you have a minute?" then 45 minutes later they're still in your office) 3. Flexibility (you don't have to take off work when something needs to be repaired at home) 4. More time with family, friends and loved ones (see number 1) 5. Lower carbon footprint (also see number 1, plus no large office building using gobs of electricity) 6. Working in flip flops or slippers (let's not forget stretchy pants!) 7. Did we mention no commute? What would you add to this list? #WFH #WorkFromHomeDay #RemoteWork #AgencyLife

"Surprising working from home productivity statistics" by Apollo Technical: https://lnkd.in/dmUrkvZv I'm a true believer in the topic of boosting productivity when working remotely. Flexibility, being able to focus, investing in well-being, and choosing the best work methods, places, and hours among other benefits can improve productivity a great deal. #productivity #remotework

Why WFH is Awesome (and Why Some Companies Just Don’t Get It) Working from home is great! You get to wake up, skip the long drive, and start working in your comfy clothes. But some companies think the only way to know you’re working is if you’re sitting in the office. They believe you’re only doing your job if they can see you. Isn’t that funny? Hey, smart companies, here’s a thought: if we can finish our work in 4 hours instead of 8, isn’t that better? Think of all the money you’ll save on electricity and office space! And guess what? It’s better for the environment too. But no, some companies love the old way. They want us in the office just to look busy for 8 hours. So, here’s to those companies stuck in the past – your old-school ways are truly something! #WFH #GetTheJobDone #SaveEnergy #SmartWork

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐬: Meetings can be done online with work laptops, so being in the office isn't always necessary. Some companies still make people come to the office even if their work is good. They have strict rules about logging in and out, even though the work can be done from anywhere! 𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡'𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑝𝑜𝑖𝑛𝑡? 𝐴𝑠 𝑙𝑜𝑛𝑔 𝑎𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑘 𝑖𝑠 𝑑𝑜𝑛𝑒 𝑤𝑒𝑙𝑙 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑜𝑛 𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑒, 𝑤ℎ𝑦 𝑠ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑙𝑑 𝑙𝑜𝑐𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑚𝑎𝑡𝑡𝑒𝑟? Big companies with fancy paychecks sometimes get stuck on pointless rules. These rules don't make the work better, they just make things more complicated.
