And so I think more charities, what certainly what the charities I've worked with that have done well, what they've always done is tried to demonstrate investment, an investment opportunity. So if you think about the way we in business think, we we're used to spending money. You know, we go out and we'll spend large sums of money on machinery or plant or equipment or buildings or land or whatever it is in our specific business. And but what we're looking for is a return on that. So if we if we. Speaking in language that those business people understand, that people within business understand and say, here's the long term outcome we're looking for, here's the output, here's the investment we need in order to achieve that. And here's where the benefits are, if we, if we achieve that. And some of those benefits need to be, you know, we need to look at those benefits in different, different ways. So they might be social benefits, they may be benefits to the business, they might be benefits to the individuals in the within the business. And, and I think that's part of understanding, so understanding. Your supporters are having that supportive relationship management and that donor management really, really well understood and actually understanding who you're talking to here. And I think there's a different business will be at different places on that journey, but there'll be some that will be looking for direct benefit to the business. There'll be others that are looking for pure social benefit. But in every way, what you know, whichever way we think of it, every time we go into one of these relationships, the other party wants to achieve something. Of that, yeah. And so it's understanding what they want to achieve and then and then just, you know, sort of using the language of business to describe that as as investment rather than just going out with the with the begging bowl out, which I think is what we all have a bit of a tendency to.

Not understanding why every podcaster is inviting the same guest on their show even after someone had them on their show ! If you think of engagement then try something different to bring new faces to the audience there are a lot of hidden gems out there Can appreciate the guest your inviting deserves it but kind of boredom to listen to the same story because a lot of mutual audience every podcaster has And even after you're inviting them then try to bring out something different from them don't ask repetitive questions 🙏 #podcast #contentcreator #youtube
