Here’s how we’re making it happen: 🔹 Speedy Electrode Drying: Traditionally, drying electrode layers for #fuelcells can take minutes and use massive amounts of energy. Our laser-assisted drying process cuts that down to mere seconds, saving time, #energy, and space in production. 🔹 Durable Bipolar Plates: Fuel cells need protection from harsh conditions, but conventional coating methods are slow and expensive. We’ve developed a laser-based method that protects bipolar plates without the need for energy-hungry vacuum processes, cutting costs and boosting #efficiency. 🔹 Double-Beam Welding: #Welding fuel cell components just got a whole lot faster. Our double-beam process reduces production time by almost 50%, all while maintaining top-notch quality.
