We want to show what we've built for Supply: Our amazing SPARROW Parts Accountability System, and sometimes that's a challenge. We aren't Supply. So, it's hard to imagine us making something good for Supply. Plus, you already have a software-based thing that does Supply stuff and you don't want to do duplicate work. I get that. However, we are sincere in our desire to do right by Supply. We are absolutely opposed to making Airmen do more work than they have to and we are ready to learn from you. We started with a structure that seems right and will humbly accept your advice on how to make it better. We think that the space between Supply and Maintenance processes are primed for improvement. That isn't represented by any existing system. We think SPARROW offers an amazing opportunity to bring those processes into the 21st Century.
