What We're Looking For: 🎓 Relevant Degree/Diploma in Business, Finance, or equivalent business/industry-related experience (3-5 years minimum). 📚 Strong knowledge of PASA, SARB, PIB, and FIC regulations, with PCI DSS being a plus. 💼 Experience in B2B SaaS, APIs, or payments companies, with at least 2+ years in the Fintech industry focusing on payment service integrations, payments compliance, or e-commerce. 🛠️ Experience in early-stage development or improvements to technical products is advantageous. 💳 Knowledge of VISA, Mastercard, ACH, and other relevant payment methods. 🔍 Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, gateways, and fraud prevention. 🛡️ Serve as 2LoD day-to-day contact for all operational payments risk issues, coordinating with other 2LoD risk oversight functions. 📏 Knowledge of payment compliance standards and data security best practices. 🧠 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 📊 Proficiency in data analysis tools and payment-related software.
