The last few days have been incredibly fulfilling with judging, attending, participating and executing in some very meaningful ways. ✨ I had the honor of learning about and judging the inventions of our next generation entrepreneurs through Illinois Student Invention Convention and I was amazed to see the passion these 6th graders bring and how mature and ready for market their prototypes looked. ✨ Being part of the roundtable on Advancing Chicago's Food and Beverage Manufacturing Industry at the Office of The Mayor, Chicago by World Business Chicago and highlighting the need for better connectivity and brand awareness for startups like Nommli into the ecosystem was very important to me. ✨ A visit to our Greek restaurant partner Avli at River North and be part of executing the latest batch of our Nommli shipments was so cool! That's a full family meal for four that includes Avgolemono soup, Spanakopita, Moussaka, Beef Youvetsi, Oven Roasted Greek Potatoes and dessert Portokalopita made me super hungry! And that's just one of the several boxes shipped out this week! ✨ Wrapped up at Chicago Shakespeare Theater for an evening of innovation and empowerment hosted by Chicago Innovation ✨ What better way to end the week than to watch my little dude nerd out at STEM Fair with 'Science of Cubing'? #startup #growth #networking #repeat
