Life is a journey! 2024 was about self discovery, personal development, mindset, health and well being. On July 3rd after going to the gym for 18 months, I decided to dial it in. Diet needed dialled in too and 6 months later after focusing on my health, mindset and much needed personal development, I am now 56lb lighter (4 stone)! I decided to celebrate this by completely taking myself out of my comfort zone and contacting Annette B. at 4 EverPhotos to book a head and shoulder photoshoot for profile photos for social media. I walked in the studio door and that's where the uncomfortable became comfortable. Annette has a way of drawing the 'real you' out of you and making you feel completely at ease. Thank you for that. As I said at the beginning, life is a journey and I am only starting mine and cannot wait to see what is in store for me in 2025!
