The prospect should buy because they don’t have our tool. What we often hear from deal review ❌ Stop losing millions. Start winning more. Hot off the press - launches today - a new ebook from the creator of Gap Selling Keenan . And A Sales Growth Company . What’s Inside? 9 critical elements of the S.P.E.E.D. Model Deal Review Framework – including: -Is the deal actually qualified? -Can our solution solve the problem better than anyone else? -Can we articulate that the cost of inaction is higher than the cost of action? How that information impacts the probability of close. And, why missing that information puts every deal in jeopordy. Comment deal and I’ll drop you the l*ink to the download. Because we know they get lost if I post it in the comments.

A client once asked me about the best sales book. In my younger days, I'd recommend: - "The Ultimate Sales Machine" by Chet Holmes - "Sell or be Sold" by Grant Cardone - "The Psychology of Selling" by Brian Tracy But now, I see things a bit differently. Sure, those books are fantastic. They've helped me a ton, no doubt about it. They're definitely worth your time. But here's the thing: Knowledge from books is like having potential power. It won't automatically make you rich or successful. What really counts is putting that knowledge into action. Taking imperfect steps, practising daily, and always striving to improve – that's what leads to success, no matter what you're selling. So instead of seeking shortcuts, focus on putting in the work and getting better every day. Follow me Nick Graz #salescoaching #salesexpert #salesadvice

The reality is this also applies to sales people. Challenging clients is not easy for most as it is uncomfortable. If you need a great resource for developing your skill sets in this area look to a book called The Challenger Sale by Matt Dixon and Brent Adamson. Changed how I sell more than any other book since Covey and 7 Habits.

I was reminded at my recent book signing that everyone is selling something. No matter your background, accomplishments, social status, or location you are trying to sell something. ▶️You may be selling a book like me and the other authors. ▶️You may officially be in sales trying to convert customers. ▶️You may be selling an idea you're trying to improve. ▶️You may be selling a spouse on where to go to dinner. ▶️You may be selling a reason to believe in why to go in a particular direction. ▶️You may be selling someone on a reason to start or stop doing something. Acknowledging that you can sell is the first step in achieving growth. You have sales in you. I have witnessed it firsthand from multiple people. You can do it. Are you ready to learn more practical steps on how you can improve your sales skills? Grab my book today! (https://lnkd.in/eA-K7MpA) Are you ready to take a more bold step? Message me and let me know you want a sales coach. I know you have it in you! #lovesales

I've just started Kobi Simmat's book "How to Build a Business Others Want to Buy", and so far I'm really enjoying it, it's been a great recommendation. Listening to an Australian author, it's super refreshing to read some behind-the-scenes tidbits, mistakes and failures that go into building a business in Australia (nothing against the US!). As someone who wants to help other business owners grow and scale, I'm starting to see the importance of having an end goal in mind (an exit). Simmat explains that building a business others want to buy ultimately allows you to create an ASSET (and not just another job), something which I agree with him on. This also takes a holistic approach to business without focusing on just one area of business (e.g. sales), which compliments and reaffirms a lot of my learnings through my University Studies. This is where having systems (lead generation, sales, fulfilment) and operations in place allows you to remove yourself from the business ensuring that it can run without you being there. I can't imagine most people starting a business because they want to work more hours, stress over more tasks and have less free time. To any SMB Owners, I recommend this book highly if creating an asset is something that you want to achieve. I'm looking forward to finishing this off. Let me know of any other book recommendations or personal experiences you may have. Best, Lachy
