There is no wisdom like experience. An experienced dentist or clinic owner knows almost immediately if the patient in front of them is going to close the deal. There are telling signs that they, consciously or not, know to pay attention to. In a short conversation, consisting mainly of 'profiling' questions, you can understand how serious and mature the potential customer across from you is. You don't need 'price quotes by email'. You don't need complicated contracts and exhausting work agreements. You just need both sides to want it. That's all. This doesn't mean giving up on a customer in advance because they don't seem serious to us. We dedicate the appropriate time and energy, but wisely. Ask the right questions, at the right pace, and according to the answers, within 5 minutes or less, you should know exactly what it's about. This is true for any sales process in any field.
