I am beyond disappointed with Meta After countless attempts to retrieve my disabled account with them, I am beyond disappointed with their lack of response and accountability. It’s been more than a month now, and despite my efforts to get my account reinstated, all I’ve received is radio silence. What’s worse—my funds are stuck in that account, and there seems to be no urgency from their side to resolve this. As a long-time user and customer, I expected better service, transparency, and communication from a company of Meta's stature. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I will be left with no choice but to escalate it further. Hoping for a swift and fair resolution. If anyone else has faced similar issues, let's connect and share experiences. If somebody has a way out to this situation, please help me with the same. #Meta #CustomerSupport #AccountRecovery

As many of you know, I have been working with Meta for quite some time. Recently, around 15 days ago, Meta restricted almost 95% of my ad accounts under my Business Manager due to "unusual activity." Since then, all my work has come to a halt. Those familiar with Meta's support system know that getting help can be incredibly challenging, especially given Meta's monopoly in India. A small issue, created by Meta's AI, has yet to be resolved, and this has seriously impacted my business. I am reaching out here to seek help. If anyone knows someone at a senior level in Meta who handles e-commerce and can provide me with guidance on what steps to take, I would really appreciate it. Additionally, if anyone has an old Business Manager that I can use temporarily, that would also be a huge help. Please tag the relevant person in this post or DM me if you can assist. Thanks in advance for your support. #Meta #Ecommerce #AdAccount #BusinessHelp #SocialMedia #MetaSupport #DigitalMarketing #BusinessManager #MetaMonopoly #HelpNeeded #AIissues #Networking

Would any of my contacts have a useful contact at Meta? Specifically in the support department. Their support function has been somewhat lacking (to say the least( and resolution of my issue seems no further forward than it was 7 days ago. #meta #Facebook #pagerecovery #metasupport #facebookforbusiness #businessmanager #socialmediamanagement

Don’t hesitate to ask for help with Meta! I spent over an hour with a client today setting up a Meta Business Portfolio, adding admins, and claiming assets. Anything regarding Meta is part detective work, part tech support (without an accurate manual), part pure luck, and a lot of patience! 🕵️💻🍀⏳ When we were done my client said “Wow, was that a difficult case?” Nope! That’s very common! Meta is confusing because they make it confusing - it’s a Frankenstein product evolved over many years without a roadmap. If you need help, you’re not alone! That’s what I do every day at Wildfire. And I love it. It’s like solving a puzzle. #metabusinesssuite #metaadvertising #facebook

Need Urgent Help from Meta Team I have been trying to reach the Meta team for the past three days via email, as I am unable to access both my Meta account and Meta ad account. Unfortunately, I haven’t been receiving the two-factor authentication code, which has put a halt to all my work. This issue is severely impacting my work progress, and I’m disappointed with the delay in resolving it. I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance from Meta's support team to expedite the process. If anyone from the #Meta team can assist, please help me get this resolved as soon as possible. My work is at a standstill, and I truly need access to my accounts to keep things moving forward. #MetaSupport #TwoFactorAuthentication #MetaAdAccount #MetaBusinessHelp #MetaTeam #DigitalMarketing #HelpNeeded

Make Meta great again? (why I don't see much hope for this platform) Meta’s security measures become a roadblock 🚧 💻 Imagine this: You’re all set to start a crucial campaign - everything is discussed, deadlines are tight, and then... BAM! Your account is locked. No warning. No clear explanation. ❌ That’s the exact situation we’re dealing with right now since more than 2 weeks while trying to promote ticket sales for the Women’s European Handball Championship using Meta Ads. What should have been a seamless process turned into a maze of confusion: 1️⃣ Meta Business Manager is blocked because of basic rights of the current users, only an "inactive" admin from years ago has all the rights. 2️⃣ Meta’s security systems froze the account, and the support process? Weeks or months of waiting for the admin dispute is the response. 3️⃣ Workarounds failed, campaigns were delayed, and revenue was lost. My real problem with this is: Meta’s systems are blocking accounts without clear communication, leaving businesses stuck and frustrated. And it’s not just us LA Click GmbH with our clients. Last month, my own business account, tied to my online shop, was also blocked. The process to resolve it? A black hole of automated responses and long waits. Here’s what I think needs to change immediately: ➡️ TRANSPARENCY. Businesses rely on Meta, but the lack of clear communication during issues creates chaos. ➡️ HUMAN SUPPORT. A human-first approach that really helps and tells you what went wrong. ➡️ BUSINESS IMPACT: Lost time, lost revenue and broken trust. These interruptions cost more than money. 🛠️ My lessons learned: - Document everything: From error messages to support case IDs, keep detailed records. - Be persistent: It’s frustrating, but regular follow-ups are essential. - Always have a contingency plan for campaigns. It’s time to ask: What will it take to make Meta great again? 🤷♀️ I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Anita Steiner, Dan Wahlen and Stefano Lungaretti for having an open ear and doing their best to support us with this case. Let’s open the floor: Have you had a similar experience with Meta? How did you handle it? #MetaAds #MakeMetaGreatAgain #BusinessChallenges #DigitalMarketing #SmallBusinessSupport #Trump

Meta confused me recently …and it’s not the only time this has happened 🤭 I had a leads campaign running which in the past has been performing well in terms of cost per lead and the client was happy with the quality of the leads 🥳 Then the leads stopped coming through I optimised and still nothing. I reached out to Meta because I had a sneaky suspicion something else was at play They responded and said it was a legal topic privacy topic (I’ve put the details in the comments in case you’re curious because I’d not heard about this) HOWEVER at the time of receiving this information, I had another lead campaign in the same region which was still generating leads 🤨 Weird I completely reset the whole campaign I was hesitant to do this because of losing campaign learnings. But as soon as I reset it, the leads started coming in again. What did I learn from this? Sometimes, you have the take the advice of the IT department when your laptop breaks and turn it off and on (or reset the campaign in this case) Sacrifice the campaign learnings and it starts working again 💁🏻♀️ #performancemarketingstrategy #performancemarketing #paidmedia #paidads #metaads

Happy to complete my first week “Back” with #Meta! Thrilled to partner with an exceptional new team and dive again into innovative projects while contributing to an ever-evolving tech landscape of expansive and immersive connectivity. Thank you #Meta and all my former Mentors and Metamates (you know who you are); for your continued guidance or simple motivation. During this past year, I learnt 3 important things: 1. Patience isn’t passive. It is proactive. It helps you focus through the necessary process and manifest what you want most. 2. Rejection is indeed redirection towards something that recognises your capability without question. 3. What you seek most, is also searching for you, just as much as you are searching for it (quoted by a very dear friend; and this is especially for my peers who are still searching, please keep faith, the right role, perhaps even better, will definitely come your way at the right time). Meta has ambitious goals for 2024 and I am excited to continue the journey…God bless. #meta #nyc #hudsonyards

Meta engineers grow 2x faster than those at other tech companies, even peer FAANG companies. A core reason why is perfectly captured by this 1 conversation I had while working at Instagram. There was this new iOS engineer that joined the team. I was talking to him at his desk and was very impressed. Given his incredibly deep understanding of iOS concepts and mobile overall, I assumed he was at least E4 (mid-level), and maybe even E5 (senior). Well, it turns out he was literally a junior engineer new grad (E3). This moment was able to happen due to levels being hidden at Meta. Because of this, you are forced to judge engineers by their actual skills, not rely on prejudices stemming from the title besides their name. This engineer continued to surprise everyone and grew like a rocketship, getting 4 promotions in 5 years (E3 -> E7). Meta E7s make well over $1,000,000 per year. Meta is a black sheep hiding levels, but it's 100% the right call. To learn more about Meta's unique culture (and how to pass their interview), check out our full explainer featuring great insights from Meta engineer Ninad Mundalik: https://lnkd.in/gZmReECF #techcareergrowth #softwareengineering #meta
