😁Another 4 x day week ahead...YES!!! who doesn't love a 4 week?! 💡A few weeks back I was in discussions with some of the crew at a major insurer, who were sharing their insights with me regarding their current 4 x day week trial that a selected handful of teams are currently trailing. The obvious pro's:😁 ✅An extra day off per week! - Various individuals have taken to doing extra study, more fitness and time to just relax and catch up on a new book! Bliss! ✅A company that doesn't just talk the talk, they walk the walk! ✅More focus on smarter productivity whilst working, meetings are focused, to the point and conscience. ✅Less sick leave being used ✅Their talent pipeline has gone through the roof! No Surprise! ✅More loyalty gained through employees, less likely to leave. ✅Get paid for 5 x days a week - work for 4! The Con's:🫤 👉Managing expectations - can you really squeeze in 5 x days into 4? 👉As employees become more loyal, this may impact new, fresh innovative thinking due to lack of need for new hires. 👉Working harder and smarter for 4 days, are you exhausted by the 5th? 👉Sticking to your 4 x days! I'd love to know how many might still be answering emails etc....on their day off. 💡Whatever the future holds regarding a 4 x day work week, I know I for one, could get used to this! However as a new business owner, I'm working more hours than I ever have in my career... 👉I'd love to pick your brains on this, if you are currently trailing a 4 x day week, please share your thoughts..🔎

My business grew this week after I learned this 1 principle Let give you some context first… In previous months/weeks - I’d go into my days feeling like I needed to get everything n anything done I’d jump on canva to work on content, do some messaging, do some work my offer & then think “Oh shit I forgot to do X, so I’d hop onto that” I’d always get to the end of the day & feel that there just weren’t enough hours to get what I needed to get done Often working 18hr days till 8/9 pm at night (inc 9-5 & life tasks) This is not how I wanted my days to feel The funny thing is, is that there was actually was nothing wrong with the inputs but it was all very sporadic and hectic When you’re trying to build a business around your 9-5 & actually have a life of freedom You don’t want it to feel like a grind 24/7 - your time is precious and should be treated with respect What you really need is efficiency > quantity I call this “The 2-Hour Workday” I know what you’re thinking… “Elliot, how’s that even possible when I’ve got a never ending to-do list?” Well, this is the beauty of The 2-Hour Workday Instead of focusing on everything n anything When you constrain yourself to just 2-hours you become more effective -> You go into each day with clear inputs and outputs for the day based on your goals for the week -> You prioritise what tasks you need to focus on when -> You set constraints and timers for when you’ll get to work All is left just to do the work Simple right? & dunno about you but that sounds way sexier than working 18hr days grinding away This is exactly what being The Limitless Man is all about Operating with efficiency and clarity day after day Rather than feeling like a headless chicken stuck in a rat race You choose what life you want to create - remember that DM’s are open if you want to find out how Elliot

I woke up motivated to kickstart my workday, knowing today is my Friday. Long weekends in the summer season are something I always look forward to. 😎 As we quickly move through summer, approaching the halfway mark in early August, pause here ... can you believe how fast that's gone?? ... 😲 it’s important to ask yourself, have you prioritized time to decompress, soak up the sunshine, and return to work rejuvenated? Research shows that employees who take regular breaks and vacations are 30% more productive than those who don't. And then there might be the quieter moments at work when colleagues and clients take time off. It's tempting to procrastinate during a slow period, but now is the ideal time to tackle backlogs and streamline your workflows, setting the stage for a productive autumn ahead. That's IF work does get quieter for you 🙈 Late summer is also a period when job seekers and employers become more active so now is a prime time to refine your resume and contemplate new career aspirations. 🌟 Keep enjoying the summer season and seize the opportunities it brings! But please please please, don't mix your vacation with work, that’s not the point! 😉
