Direct-to-consumer, single brand retail websites are up. While there was a small retraction during the march Core and Spam updates, they are still showing gains over multi-brand retail. This is important because of the trend for big retail brands to be offering marketplaces for other brands and distributors. 214 single-brand D2C retailers saw an average 39.7% change in Visibility Index 212 multi-brand retailers saw an average -24% change in in Visibility Index The table below shows significant absolute gains.
