Is your Google Ads agency or freelancer also spending their own money on Google Ads? Think about it: Would you trust a chef who never tastes their own cooking? Here's why you should pick an agency or freelancer that also spends their own money on Google Ads (like we do at Radyant): 1. Personal investment equals better management An agency that spends its own money on Google Ads understands the true value of each advertising dollar. This firsthand experience translates into more thoughtful and efficient budget management for your campaigns. 2. Alignment of interests An agency with its own money on the line is more likely to prioritize strategies that yield real results. Their success in managing their finances reflects directly on their ability to manage yours effectively. 3. Experience in real stakes Agencies investing in Google Ads for themselves face the same challenges and pressures as their clients. This deepens their understanding of what works, what doesn’t, and how to adjust strategies dynamically to maximize ROI. By choosing a Google Ads partner who also invests personally in the platform, you ensure that your campaigns are handled by someone who doesn’t just strategize, but also lives the consequences of those strategies. #google #googleads #marketing
Do you mean spends their own money on clients ad spend? Or they spend money on Google Ads to generate their own leads?
€62Per lead?
In my experience I got my worst past clients that way, nowadays I’m fully booked just with word of mouth and my content. I spend my own money on Google Ads for my other business projects though, but not for my agency services.
Niklas Buschner 🔮 what's going on with your comments? Who's hacked your account? 😂
I have never read such a desperate USP
Absolutely back this 👌 Great share Niklas Buschner 🔮
With all due respect, the agency's expertise shouldn't be judged by whether it spends its own money on Google Ads, but by the results and satisfaction it delivers to clients. Would you judge a chef solely on whether they eat their own dishes, or by the joy and return visits of their diners? We focus on building strong client relationships and crafting tailored strategies, rather than mirroring spending habits on ourselves. Our investment is in our team's education, expertise and tools, ensuring the highest ROI for our clients through dedicated, specialized service, not through our own ad spend.

7moShouldn’t your ICP dictate how and where you spend your budget and what your marketing mix looks like? We at Touchpoint never spent a single cent on running google ads for our agency service. Why? 1: Because we never had to 2: Because our ICP is simply not acquired that way And I do not think that running ads on a small scale (in comparison) agency case yields any significant learnings for our work with our clients, considering the budgets and strategies we are managing and using for them. But I get your point in general. Just think there are nuances to this.
