The most important thing you can do for children is be a steady, supportive presence in their life! 💗 When you listen to children, share joyful moments, and offer comfort, support, and love, you’re helping them build a foundation of emotional well-being. Try these ideas to help build connection: • Share one thing you appreciate about them every day. • Slow down and savor the joyful moments you have together. • Have fun together by playing games or acting out stories. How to be a kid throughout your adult life: - Mean what you say, and say what you mean. - Don't gossip or create micro groups. - Everyone is your friend, whether it's another kid in your IB school, or your help's kid. Love people regardless of their status. - Never stop creating. Almost every kid is either stuck to their drawing book or their lego or something in between. They create just for the fun of it. Why can't you and I? - Have fun in rides, water parks, trampoline parks and normal parks. You might even enjoy the life corporate parks offer you as an adult :) - Most importantly, a kid doesn't remember they cried yesterday. Learn from your failures, but don't let them define you for your future forever. This children's day, learn to be like a child through your adult life :) PS: If you liked this, you will love Raw and Real, my weekly newsletter. Less than 5-min read.
