My happiness knows no bound while sharing the news of the acceptance of my manuscript in International journal of bank marketing. The topic deals with the Buffering Role of Collective Mindfulness in Customer Incivility and Service Sabotage: A Multilevel Study of Indian Banks”. The study aimed at exploring the moderated mediation effect, wherein collective mindfulness attenuates the relationship between customer incivility, psychological well-being and service sabotage. It revealed that a higher level of collective mindfulness had a profound cross-level effect on the association between customer incivility and service sabotage through psychological well-being. I am highly indebted to Editor-in-chief, associate editor and reviewers to provide invaluable inputs which supported us to attain quality version of the manuscript. I am highly obliged to my remote collaborator Prof. Shin for providing constant and unwavering support to make record hat trick publication in “A” rated journal in successive manner. Finally, I will thank my students, colleagues and institution MDI Murshidabad for creating ecosystem wherein a person with strong inclination towards research can flourish and stay gratified.
