Behavioural Need Means :Cognitive Process Cognitive process generally indicates the behaviours which is determined by so many emotional clasification. When we are in deep thought our cognitive process leads our behavioural changes so we carelessly involve in so many outcomes as regular walking or lips beating or nail chewing etc. This little signals of behaviours directly send a messages to us so we easily catch that yes we are in deep stressful tension based thought. As we are in love our total behavioural pattern within a moment has changed. We always are with smiling mind relaxing mood and pleasurable attitude. In this way our cognitive process clearly control our behaviours. Now question when our behavioural pattern suddenly break down suppose we anger out then? If we set sufficient concentration on cognitive process we could easily trace out- Tolerance and patience cross over the personal ability so out burst!or erupted behaviour- What we are doing all directly connected with our cognitive process so we easily can say cognitive process controls our behavioural mechanism.🌺

Your brain is a powerful organ that physically restructures itself based on your relationship patterns. Every thought you have about relationships activates specific neural pathways, and these pathways strengthen with repetition. When you consistently think negatively about relationships or react with avoidance, you're reinforcing neural circuits that make these responses automatic. The same process that created avoidant patterns can be used to create new, healthier relationship behaviors. Through intentional practice of new thoughts and responses, your brain builds fresh neural pathways that support emotional connection, direct communication, and relationship stability. The transformation from avoidant to secure relationship patterns requires consistent, conscious effort in three key areas: thought modification, behavioral change, and communication patterns. Instead of defaulting to "I need to handle this alone," your brain can learn to automatically think "I can maintain independence while accepting support." Rather than withdrawing during conflict, your neural pathways can be rewired to facilitate staying present and expressing needs. Old patterns of avoiding emotional discussions can be replaced with regular, comfortable emotional engagement. This rewiring process happens through daily practice, starting with low-stress situations and gradually building to more challenging relationship moments, until new, secure relationship behaviors become your brain's natural response. Your brain is wired to handle everything alone, but you can build new neural pathways for lasting intimacy. Science shows us that every new thought creates fresh connections in your brain. Through conscious practice, those old patterns of withdrawal can transform into natural, confident engagement. What if those relationship struggles aren't about who you are, but simply old neural pathways waiting to be rewired? #relationshipcoach #neuroplasticity #highachiever #menscoach

Your brain is a double-edged sword. It can help you make incredible decisions, but it can also hold you back. The culprit? Cognitive biases. These biases are hard-wired into your brain, and they lead you to make flawed decisions. For example, Confirmation bias → The tendency to seek out information that confirms your existing beliefs Bandwagon effect → The tendency to do or believe something because many other people do it or believe it Negativity bias → The tendency to focus on the negative aspects of a situation But don't fret! Here are some ways to avoid cognitive biases: 1. Be aware of them 2. Analyze your decision-making process 3. Seek out diverse opinions and perspectives 4. Challenge your assumptions 5. Take time to reflect before making decisions With these steps, you can be more objective, make smarter decisions, and avoid the pitfalls of cognitive biases.

Cognitive Dissonance: Understanding Beliefs and Behaviors Cognitive dissonance is a psychological concept that refers to the mental discomfort or tension that arises from holding contradictory beliefs, attitudes, or behaviors simultaneously. This theory, developed by Leon Festinger in 1957, suggests that individuals strive for internal consistency and seek to reduce this cognitive dissonance by altering their beliefs or behaviors. Role of Cognitive Dissonance in Shaping Individual Beliefs and Behaviors Cognitive dissonance plays a significant role in shaping individual beliefs and behaviors by influencing how people perceive and interpret information. When individuals encounter information that contradicts their existing beliefs or values, they experience cognitive dissonance. This discomfort motivates them to either change their beliefs to align with the new information or seek out additional information that supports their existing beliefs. For example, if a person who believes in the importance of environmental conservation learns that their favorite brand engages in practices harmful to the environment, they may experience cognitive dissonance. To reduce this discomfort, they may choose to stop supporting the brand or rationalize their continued support by downplaying the negative impact of the brand’s actions. Application of Cognitive Dissonance Theory Attitude Change: Cognitive dissonance theory can explain how attitudes are formed and changed. When individuals are confronted with information that challenges their existing attitudes, they may experience cognitive dissonance, leading them to reassess their beliefs and potentially change their attitudes to reduce the discomfort. Decision-Making Processes: Cognitive dissonance theory also applies to decision-making processes. After making a decision, individuals may experience cognitive dissonance if they encounter information suggesting that an alternative choice would have been better. This tension can motivate them to justify their decision or reconsider their choices. Resolution of Conflicting Beliefs: When individuals hold conflicting beliefs, cognitive dissonance theory predicts that they will seek ways to resolve this inconsistency. This could involve modifying one belief to align with the other, seeking out additional information to support one belief over the other, or avoiding situations that highlight the conflict. Limitations and Criticisms of Cognitive Dissonance Theory Individual Differences: Critics argue that not all individuals respond to cognitive dissonance in the same way. Factors such as personality traits, cultural background, and prior experiences can influence how people experience and resolve cognitive dissonance. Alternative Explanations: Some researchers suggest that alternative theories, such as self-perception theory or motivated reasoning, provide competing explanations for phenomena traditionally explained by cognitive dissonance theory.

Common Cognitive Biases Types of Bias That Influence Thinking Although people like to believe that they are rational and logical, the fact is that we are continually under the influence of cognitive biases. These biases distort thinking, influence beliefs, and sway the decisions and judgments that people make every day. Sometimes, cognitive biases are fairly obvious. You might even find that you recognize these tendencies in yourself or others. In other cases, these biases are so subtle that they are almost impossible to notice. Why Cognitive Biases Happen Attention is a limited resource. This means we can't possibly evaluate every possible detail and event when forming thoughts and opinions. Because of this, we often rely on mental shortcuts that speed up our ability to make judgments but sometimes lead to bias.

The term “cognitive appraisal” refers to the subjective interpretation of the stimuli. Each individual has their own interpretation leading to unique emotional responses. Cognitive appraisal can be done unconsciously or even consciously. The James-Lange suggests that cognitive appraisal may occur unconsciously, including physiological changes such as increased heart rate, way before the emotion associated with the stimulus is detected. https://lnkd.in/e_EmCXcz #CognitiveAppraisalTheory #CognitiveAppraisal #emotiontheory #jameslangetheory #emotions #emotion #emotionalresponse #success #goals #stress #motivatio #congitive

Cognitive biases are systematic patterns of thinking that can lead people to perceive, judge, or make decisions in a way that deviates from rational or objective reasoning. Being aware of these biases can help individuals make more informed and rational choices. Here's some biases that are at play when we consume information. Anchoring Bias: The tendency to rely heavily on the first piece of information encountered when making decisions, even if it's irrelevant or arbitrary. Confirmation Bias: The tendency to seek out and give more weight to information that confirms one's existing beliefs or opinions while ignoring contradictory evidence. The tendency to interpret ambiguous or vague information in a way that supports one's preexisting beliefs or preferences. Status Quo Bias: The preference for things to remain as they are and resistance to change, even when change may be beneficial. Negativity Bias: The tendency to give more weight to negative information or experiences than positive ones, leading to a skewed perception of reality. False Consensus Effect: The tendency to overestimate the extent to which others share one's own opinions, beliefs, or values. Authority Bias: The tendency to blindly follow the advice or guidance of perceived authority figures, even when it may not be justified. Being aware of these cognitive biases can help individuals make more rational and objective decisions in various aspects of their lives.
