From the last year, I wanted to start content writing. Then what was holding me back? I have the answers. Most of the answers are very common and are faced by many of us. Grand first post: Everyone indeed wants a special first post or an effective topic to express their views on. Taking that first step is always difficult. I wasted so much time getting the right topic to write about. Fear of Being Judged: The way social media is designed, it is very obvious that whatever content we are putting out is there to get judged. Still, the fear is real. Even while writing this post, I am feeling this. Lack of motivation: Not a new term, right? But every other day, I feel this. Staying motivated is tough, especially when there is no one answer for what exactly I want to write, what problem I want to solve, or what scenarios I want to cover as part of content writing. Self-Doubts: I have written and deleted many articles by self-analyzing them, which I feel is the worst way to start anything completely new. Opening up for feedback is a courageous step towards improvement. Waiting for the right time will not work in the current scenario. I am kicking off my content writing journey with my first post. If this post bears resemblance to anyone, let me know what holds you back from starting with what you want. #contentwriting #motivation #firstpost #writingtips #writing
