Roojai Group, today announced the acquisition of DirectAsia Thailand from Hiscox Group. With this acquisition, Roojai will substantially increase its market share with a combined portfolio of over 300,000 vehicles insured in Thailand. The acquisition will have no impact on existing policies, claims processes or customer service. Roojai is a leading digital insurance platform based in Thailand.
