4moSo much of this comes back to understanding ones value that they create for the customers they serve. Being able to clearly articulate that value through how you help them achieve tangible and intangible outcomes. Why so many undervalue themselves is because they look at what they do as a transactional exchange - thing for money - work for cash - etc. They don't look at the value they create against the outcome for the customer and the value that is worth relative to the outcome. I believe it all starts with understanding ones value Nick Avaria!
