This is the funniest (and probably most realistic) feedback we've gotten about Sync Logistics Training: "Honestly, I was expecting this training to be dumb and a complete waste of time, but I actually found it very informative. It has good info that even someone more experienced could learn from." In my experience, this is how most people perceive training. Very few people actually WANT to go through additional training. I'll be the first to admit that your office probably isn't full of brokers demanding to be pulled off the floor to do training instead. BUT, once someone actually goes through training, they almost always agree that it was worth the time. #freight #3pl #transportation

In industry, I have experienced some really good training programs. These were usually focused on middle management development and leadership skills. The best ones I experienced were when we were able to completely get away from the job, go offsite and really focus on training and networking aspects. The ineffective training programs were the ones which were assigned to you online, just to check a box. There was no plans to implement the learnings.

I am currently doing a course through an association and it is terrible. For a dozen reasons, but mostly its not giving me any new and ACTIONABLE learnings. Happy to see someone getting it right 👍

Majority of our new employees tell us they have never had training at previous brokerages. Just a computer and figure it out. Mind blowing!!

love this feedback.. it's a reminder that good training can surprise even the most skeptical💯
