The Intuit Mailchimp for Salesforce App is one of my favourite things, and having implemented this solution for 74 (!!!) customers and trained hundreds of users, I understand that it can be tricky. Mailchimp is a very popular tool, widely used by charities and non profits and also by small business. One thing charities and non-profits should start doing right now 🤩 Spotting patterns about when more subscribers are opening their emails! For example, are your supporters more likely to open your emails at 5pm on Thursday than 9am on Monday? While many charities test email length, personalisation, and segmentation, they often overlook send times, which can be key (I know it’s overwhelming with so much to do!) Testing different send times could boost your open rates and drive more people to take action for your cause 📈 Most email platforms offer a free built-in tool (like A/B testing) to help you explore this. If you spot a pattern, test it again. Repeating successful send times can significantly improve your end-of-year and Christmas campaigns 🎅 Have you noticed any patterns in your email open rates?
