✍ Benchmarking... 🤝 Throughout the last 3 years, our customers have significantly outperformed the #socialhousing sector norm, where cash collection and arrears #performance are concerned. 👇 Below demonstrates that across LAs (27.3%), HAs (10.9%), and Scottish social landlords (11.9%), all performed far stronger than their colleagues who didn't use Mobysoft RentSense software. 🔓 We know #technology is only an enabler, and the true impact comes from its combined partnership with the brilliant individuals who are engaging with tenants every day; but with RentSense and its intelligence, it gives providers and teams the best possible support to the steadfast individuals completing the work every day. 📉 2024 has been an even better year for our customers and we will be sharing the outcomes at our #benchmarking event which our customers can register on via the link below. Really looking forward to the Performance Playback Webinar on the 25th. Lots of positive customer stories at the moment. Lots seeing arrears reduce. As you say Nick, it’s all about powerful partnerships.
