I had an insightful conversation with Prashanth S, Co-founder and Executive Director of Quadrasystem.net, about their story of adoption, integration, and market-making partnerships. They have embarked on an organization-wide campaign to embrace attitudinal transformation and make AI-led work practices a way of life. The Quadra team have invested in learning, adopting, and imparting value, creating experiential differences and exponential impact for their customers. The Quadra team has established so much of certainty in Copilot's ability to augment productivity and enhance organizational efficiency, that they have come up with a "Copilot Success Framework" services offering which provides a one of a kind 'productivity guarantee' to enterprises that are looking to implement Copilot at scale. This is a measure of the trust and confidence that our partners have built in delivering AI-powered success to our mutual customers. Prashanth Subramanian Sowmya Rao

"Every investor we've shown it to has been thoroughly impressed." That's what Alex Chubenko at Dispatch Robot AI said after we helped them secure their seed round. Going into that capital raise, we had a big problem to solve: Dispatch Robot’s tech was complicated. Covering the basics alone was opening a huge can of worms. But we needed to be able to wrap any investor’s mind around it… with as little friction as possible, and without watering down the core thesis. We took a deep dive into their tech and identified clear marketing positioning that could show — at a glance — what the client was all about. Then we used institutional-grade design in order to tell that story in the clearest way possible. Cutting-edge tech isn’t enough to secure a seed round. You need to make sure the least tech-savvy investor in the room can understand the pitch without underselling the product.

Tiferes Ventures is an AI-centric VC firm founded by Clark Valberg, co-founder and former CEO of InVision. Tiferes believes in eating their own dogfood, and recently organized an internal hackathon, in which all team members had to experiment with creating Custom #GPTs for the respective processes they ran. Michael Rubin, SVP Strategy and Chief Legal Officer, put together an excellent presentation for the hackathon on how the Tiferes team can and should use #AI throughout their processes. This presentation covers: -Best practices in prompt engineering for a VC firm -Creative ways to use Custom GPTs -And provides many sample prompts At Coolwater Capital and PEVCTech, we strongly encourage all of the funds we work with to rethink regularly how they run their firms from the perspective of: how we can use AI to enhance efficiency? Link to slide deck in first comment. Disclosure: I’ve advised Tiferes on various matters in the past. #venturecapital #vc
