(Spoiler: our lunch benefit is a fan favorite!) 💰 Monitor spend per benefit category: Keep a close eye on where our budget is allocated by viewing monthly amounts per category - making it easier to forecast costs and calculate ROIs. 👥 Analyze trends: Track the number of active users per benefit over time, detect changes, and adjust our offering or communication if needed.
