Acceptance doesn’t mean giving up—it means letting go of the fight against what we cannot change. When we stop resisting reality, we free ourselves from the endless cycles of dramatizing, gossiping, and catastrophizing. Instead, we create space to breathe deeply, ground ourselves, and approach life’s challenges with the strength and wisdom of our adult self. Acceptance is not weakness—it’s courage. It’s the first step toward healing and reclaiming your power. 🌟 Men ready for deeper transformation: Join Alistair’s Shadow Work Group in Vancouver, January 25–26. 💡 “If I could tell my younger self one thing, it’d be this: Embrace vulnerability. It’s not a weakness—it’s a superpower. Letting down those walls? That’s where real strength, connection, and growth live. But I get it. Most of us were taught to ‘stay strong,’ to guard ourselves, especially when life threw curveballs. The truth? The longer we keep that armor up, the more we lose out on life’s realness and the healing it brings. Research backs it up: studies from Dr. Brene Brown reveal that vulnerability is the core of meaningful connection and self-worth. When we allow ourselves to be seen—truly seen—we open doors to trust, resilience, and deeper relationships. And yeah, it's scary. It requires stepping into the unknown and facing those fears. But it’s also where breakthroughs happen. When we hide behind fear, we limit our potential. Vulnerability means taking a chance, putting your authentic self on the line, and allowing others to see your scars—not for approval, but because that’s where freedom is. Every step toward embracing vulnerability is a step toward growth and true peace. Ready to tap into this power? Let’s get you on that journey. June 4, 2024 Today will make more sense. It will happen when you read our message a year ago on this date and examine your life and world. You are here to manifest brilliance, but you do so a bit at a time. We have never left you. Whatever you may be experiencing in your life or world is for the greatest good of all, especially you. June 4, 2023 You are expanding and ascending continuously. That means you are doing that, as is your planet and everyone who exists in physical form at this time of transition. The next and most helpful part of your journey will be understood as you study our message on this date in 2012. When you resist change within yourself, there is no possibility for you or your world to become more or better, which is a term you will interpret in your way. June 4, 2012 Flexibility is admirable and also indicates your willingness to trust the integrity of your physical life experience. Conversely, inflexibility is a sign that you believe you already know it all and are unwilling to expand or accept new information and wisdom. Your goal is always to gain new experiences, for they bring you more awareness. You are always making choices as to whether or not it is more critical for you to be right in your own thinking or, more important, to evolve continually. Conflicts with others are born in inflexibility, while cooperation brings momentum or forward progression, meaning expansion. -Wilhelm Here is a session we held a year ago that will have every thing make sense today. https://lnkd.in/gWNUW9ZV Join Our Free Ascension Circle Community https://lnkd.in/gj7J6HVe #rogerburnley #wilhelm #ascension #spiritualawakening #selflove #selfacceptance

In our short time on earth, we are not meant to live in stress and then die. We’re meant to live in peace. We’re here to expand the energy of the world and elevate our impact. But that doesn’t happen by adding a few vitamins, some meditation, and a protein shake. It takes time to redo, undo, release, and realign the stress we carry—both in our body and in our mind. Health and healing is a long game. That’s one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned after getting really sick and slowly recovering. Instead of thinking, “Oh my god, I’m never going to get there,” I’ve learned to embrace and enjoy this lifelong process. I also learned that I need to connect with the right people who get it, who see the big picture, who can offer mentorship and guidance. Someone who understands the mind-body connection. Someone who knows that we’re whole people and our health is everything. When we connect with the right people, hold that space, live out our purpose, and find healing—that’s where the magic happens. Everything we need is already inside of us. But we can only access it when we slow down, calm down, and take time to breathe. Learning all of this has driven me to bring others with me on this journey to feeling more connected, purposeful, and aligned. Once you learn these methods, they’re with you forever. We evolve and we step into a higher space, and there’s no going back. When we release our stress, when we transform this process, we transform everything and everyone. We change the energy of the world. #mindbodyconnection #alignment #energy

As the experience of happenings in the world unfolds, the calling for self governance becomes the voice that this little chestnut chooses. A pathway opens, opportunities reveal themselves a sense of autonomy evokes through the skin. As the mind body can be pulled into scenarios, dramas, unforeseen prophecies- I re-member the ability to choose wisely. A step of action in alignment of what is true to the innate nature - Why? 1.Because our resonance of alignment is a powerful ripple in the field of consciousness of all. 2.the intelligence of alignment is far greater than a body mind that is operating in fear/ dissonance/ fight/ 3. My most powerful place of influence is the influence I have over my own state. Self governance is a government worthy of our attention. 4. Learning to listen deeply to the intuition of this moment is a super power that allows the noise of the conflict and chaos to fall away. 5. The attention of knowing we are all enough, here and alive supports an attunement of liberated power. This life force of awareness creates new world view. I am inspired in the play of creating more and more experiences, systems, relationships and beauty that hum to such. I love that the call of heart is getting louder in the sounds of the collective. I celebrate the consciousness of the subjective will to design the fressh, free and alive aligned living. #evolveyourself #wellness #consciousness
