I was scared at first, Emma, but then I think what really changed it for me is. I realized that I didn't have to be everything. And so I ended up hiring a CEO who really allowed me to continue to lean into the aspects of the business that I wanted to lean into, which was really the creative and spiritual and personal connections. And, and then she then hired just incredibly talented individuals that are in every aspect of our business. That, you know, own their own area in a way, like they're all entrepreneurs having their own businesses, you know, within the umbrella of found Ray. And so it makes me feel like I do have a small business and I can do what I want and I don't feel too stretched then because we really are a collective of individuals that that lean on each other.
