Understanding the difference between AI, copilot and a digital worker is about as simple as understanding the between the steering wheel and an engine. 1. Wow. Eric copilots are how we interface with the artificial intelligence. This can be how we chat with it on a computer, how we talk with it through a headset, visual cues that are provided during field work. These are all examples of how AI copilots interact with us, similar to how we interact with the steering wheel pedals on a vehicle. That is the primary engagement that we have while driving down the road. The engine, however, is the digital workers performed behind the scenes. This is a combination of intelligent applications leveraging AI to interface with our business systems, performing the work itself. And combined with the stairwells or the AI copilot, we can engage naturally with these solutions, ultimately driving our work just like we would have been.
