Transparency and accountability are keystones of revenue engines that drive positive results. The problem is, you’ve got to trust the process. Without transparency and alignment, teams don’t agree on what’s important. This leads to Revenue Leak. Without accountability, what’s important falls through the cracks. This leads to Revenue Leak. Moral of the story: Increase the transparency surrounding high level decisions as well as run of the muck decisions. Follow through with accountability, and communicate updates as they come up.
