I am sure there will be many such instances in 9W where Staff came out of their way and duty and did something which was demand of situation, I remember one such instance where we were 8 staff only on shift and had to take care of One flight with 4 Tons of cargo and hardly any support staff available, that team of CSE's departed that flight at 28 Mins of Turn around, loading 4 tons of cargo by themselves and Pax load + Baggage covering all areas check-in, ramp, arrival, departures, backup, etc
9W means a lot, that one word keeps you motivated. I am proud to say I have worked in 9W

Still remember the aroma n freshness of Dilmah / Ceylon tea served on jet Airways flights.. Also the way of serving hot n cold milk for cereals... service was impeccable...loved flying because of them...😊
