Ever seen Alfred Hitchcock's masterpiece, '𝑅𝑒𝒶𝓇 𝒲𝒾𝓃𝒹𝑜𝓌'? It is not just cinematic gold, I see it as a strategic thinking playbook, especially for marketers. Envision yourself as a communicator, much like Jeff with a broken leg - occasionally stuck, yet always observing. Think of the iconic opening scenes as your initiation into strategic thinking. Hitchcock deftly choreographs the camera movements, akin to planning a strategy - changing perspectives, overseeing the courtyard and providing glimpses into the lives of different neighbors in their apartments. Just as Jeff, sometimes we must shifts viewpoints too, for a comprehensive understanding of the business & communication landscape. I highlighted this analogy in my recent lecture at 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 on #contentmarketing planning, emphasizing the importance of #trust and #strategicthinking. I am sharing the slides, it is worth going through ➡ to find my #book and #podcast suggestions at the end.
