Love this. It really is no wonder so many have anxiety, ADHD, depression - this is a major contributor. And this is not discussing the negative effects of EMFs…

Our brains are on overload.
Bombarded by endless notifications, doomscrolling, and heated debates.
This constant stimulation floods your system with stress hormones like cortisol, over-activating your amygdala (the brain’s fear center) and leaving you feeling anxious, irritable, and exhausted.
Research shows that chronic exposure to this kind of stress impairs focus, disrupts sleep, and even weakens your immune system.
Step away.
Let your brain reset.
Take a walk in nature, practice breathwork to calm your nervous system, or simply embrace moments of boredom—where creativity and problem-solving thrive.
Disconnecting from the noise isn’t just a break; it’s essential for your mental and physical health.

Is your brain highjacked by digital distractions? 🧠
What if I told you there’s a solution? 💡
And it's much closer and easier than you think!
It’s the opposite of an addiction by design—a method I’ve been refining over the past 15 years.
This revolutionary approach helped me overcome and transform 20 years of screen addiction into optimal well-being and help many others achieve the same results.
Considering my neurodiversity, it’s a proven bulletproof formula to reclaim your attention and restore your energy.
As a peer support advocate, mental health champion, and true believer in holistic well-being, I’m ready to step out of the closet of "normality."
I also encourage others who have overcome this modern addiction to raise their voices and share their stories.
It’s time to move into a more practical phase—one where users regain control of the time they spend online.
This shift isn’t just about managing screen time; it’s an investment in fostering a stronger, more defined sense of well-being.
One digital pause at the time.
Stay tuned—more details will be revealed in the coming days.

It is vital to sloooooow thiiiings dowwwwn every day, minimize sensory stimulation, and allow our whole being to experience calm, quiet, stillness, and here & now presence.
Flirt with boredom.
We often think that the state of boredom is a bad thing, and thus avoid it at all costs. It has indeed been associated with much negative connotations and judgments such as lack of motivation or wasted time. When chronic, boredom may be related to physical or mental health issues that need attention, such as anxiety or depression.
However, boredom also comes bearing many surprising gifts. Transient boredom can boost creativity and improve mental health. Boredom, for example, can enable the mind to wander, reflect, increase self-awareness, personal growth, relaxation, gain new insights and ideas, problem solving, and re-directing of ones energy.
So, put your phone away, close your computer, take deep inhales and extra long exhales, and give yourself permission to slow down and simply be.
Sometimes, it’s ok to do nothing. 🌺

This is why we #camp where there is #NoService to force ourselves to #disconnect and #JustBe.
Let's be honest, my short term memory is shot, so is my long term memory on some fronts... due to too much stimulation.
I write everything down that might be of importance.
I might have heard it 15 seconds ago, but my brain did not retain.
How many videos, posts, ads, articles do we see at once, or in a span of seconds?
How much of it can you really process?
#DontScroll ... #TestYourself ...What was my disconnect method? Do you remember?
