NDRC Alum Solidroad (H1 '23) has been selected to join Y Combinator for its automated quality assessment platform for customer-facing teams. Since scaling its tech in the NDRC Accelerator, co-founders Mark Hughes and Patrick Finlay have raised $1.2M from renowned Irish angels, and has reduced onboarding times by 50% at several of the world’s largest outsourced contact centres since launching the product this summer. Commenting on the selection to the Silicon Valley-based start-up accelerator, CEO Mark told Business Post: "It’s about more than scaling—it’s about being part of an incredible community of innovators and putting ourselves at the forefront of AI by moving to San Francisco."
