Key Responsibilities
* #Lead Generation & OutreachIdentify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities using diverse techniques, including:
* #LinkedIn Lead Generation: Connect with prospects, nurture leads & establish a professional network.
* #ColdCalling: Reach out to potential clients to present services & generate interest.
* #Email Campaigns: Create & execute effective email outreach campaigns to generate leads.
* #SocialMediaOutreach: Leverage platforms like Twitter, Instagram & Facebook for prospecting.
* #Networking Events: Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to connect with potential clients.
* Sales & Client ManagementConduct effective client presentations to showcase our MERN Stack, Blockchain, Python, Digital Marketing & Web #Developmentservices.
* Develop strong relationships with prospects, negotiate contracts & close deals.
* Handle client inquiries & ensure consistent follow-ups to maintain engagement.
* Market Research & StrategyResearch target industries, competitor activities, & emerging trends to identify opportunities.
* Build a strategic pipeline of prospects by understanding their pain points & requirements.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling pitches & campaigns.
* Performance MonitoringTrack leads through CRM software, ensuring accurate data entry & pipeline management.
* Measure the success of outreach campaigns & refine strategies for higher conversions.
* Provide weekly & monthly reports on lead generation, outreach performance & revenue metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications -
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in business development, lead generation & sales, particularly in #MERN Stack, #DigitalMarketing, or #WebDevelopment.
* Proficiency in lead generation methods, including LinkedIn, cold calling & email marketing.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to achieve & exceed sales targets consistently.
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) & outreach automation platforms.
* Ability to work independently & as part of a collaborative team.
* Preferred QualificationsExperience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, or Apollo.io.
* Technical knowledge of MERN Stack Digital Marketing & Web Development solutions.
