A brand that represents who we are, a client-focused, multi-technology, global renewable energy company.  This launch, from our hometown of Bilbao, aligns our image with our strategy and vision for a carbon-free tomorrow.  Our new name is Zelestra, a combination of Latin words ¨Celes¨, meaning fast, and ¨Astra¨, meaning stars. Hybrid floating PV-Wind-Battery installation at its best. 😉 I love sailing and do it for quite a while now, right now off the coast of beautiful Croatia. While it obviously was always wind powered propulsion, it’s nice to see how PV has become a normal feature on regular charter yachts over the years. Nothing more frustrating than to turn the noisy engine on instead of sailing just to cool down the fridges. And instead of expensive, bulky modules with more of a symbolic power it’s now „trampable“ ones with decent Watts that really make a difference. And of course state of the art #batteries to keep up the autarchy. November 2025 has been a month of growth, achievement, and innovation for Hydros Team UI, as we prepare for the highly anticipated Monaco Energy Boat Challenge. As a team focused on electric energy boat racing, we've been tirelessly refining our technology and designs to showcase cutting-edge solutions that push the boundaries of sustainability and efficiency in maritime transportation. Throughout this month, our team has been working hard to perfect not only the technical aspects of our electric boat but also the user interface and overall experience. From optimizing performance to enhancing every detail of design, we are driven by the goal of creating a vessel that is not only fast but also environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. The Monaco Energy Boat Challenge is an international competition that tests the capabilities of teams from around the world in designing and racing electric-powered boats. We are excited to demonstrate the fruits of our labor and are determined to make an impact on the global stage with our innovative approach to sustainable boating. NABU ranks Hurtigruten number one in working towards climate protection 🌱 The leading German environmental organisation NABU has recognised our efforts and investments in working towards a more sustainable cruise industry. They've placed Hurtigruten top in their annual climate and environmental protection ranking of cruise lines. Our fleet includes three hybrid ships, and next year, MS Nordlys will join as the fourth with new engines, large battery packs, and hull optimisations. We're proud to lead with innovative designs and technology designed to cut fossil fuel use.
