Human Resource Management (HRM) was the first module of the Reintegration Management Program, consisting of 7 hours of highly insightful webinars and group work. What particularly appealed to me about this module was plenty of analytics, statistics, and references to research, articles, and books. I genuinely value and appreciate that. I was so attentive that I managed to recall even the minutest details during the spot test 😅 Alternatively, I might have simply been motivated by competitiveness, hoping to secure one of the prizes promised to the top 3 performers on the test. #education #HRM #RMP
