To get insight into this: - find 8 customers who closed in the last 60-90 days. - ask them what was happening in their business before looking for a solution - map out every action they took before deciding on yours Customers definitely go with who they believe is the right fit. They will also explain how they convinced themselves of this ...if you ask the right way.
