My happy place...dry erase markers and a white board. 😁 At an old job, we had a consultant working on team dynamics and she advised our C-suite to never have a meeting with me that didn't include a white board. I don't even think that I knew that about myself (thanks, Alison Grizzle 😉). At Friday's B Local Georgia board retreat, I got to find my zen...and help us map out our 2025. We've got events planned, a student fellowship, a certification cohort, and some academic activations in the works. So many big things coming our way next year...
