Nice piece Natasha Malpani Oswal. I think hybrid is the way to go here. Start with AI based companions and complement it with human agents basis the context and requirement. This also solves for low cost entry barrier issue using AI and sufficing the human need for people who are open to shelling out more. What do you think?
