What does a coach even do? 🤷🏻♀️ I'm so excited to introduce the Collective Coaches series. Season 1 is all about demystifying what coaching IS and IS NOT. 🧐 We want to help folks make the most informed decision on whether hiring a coach would best serve their needs! ☝🏻 The first step is deciding if coaching or another modality will serve you the best. ▶️ In this episode, we compare the similarities and differences between coaching and therapy and provide a FREE worksheet to determine whether a coach or therapy may be more effective based on your goals! Give it a listen, and let me know what surprised you.

5moI think the question of what dyslexia is really like will go on for a long time. Science doesn't know sufficiently about how our brain actually works when you are dyslexic . From what I understand and my reading is competing narratives, it's atypical neurological condition. Sorry for the medical language and medical mode of explaining. What I think is just a natural human thing to be different. Not all brains are the same. I'm not in any way a scientist, but that feels good to me to say that we're different because we are. It may be genetic. It may be also that we have different wiring at the end of the day. All we need to know is that all humans are different. We all cannot have the same way of using our brains
