Israel is a terrorist regime, plain and simple. Their slaughter of innocent civilians is nothing short of genocidal madness. Burning children alive, bombing hospitals, turning Gaza into a mass grave—this is the grotesque reality of Israel’s blood-soaked campaign. They hide behind the facade of "self-defense," but no amount of propaganda can cover up the truth: Israel is committing war crimes on a catastrophic scale. And what are the so-called global powers doing? Watching. Pathetic. They sit idly by while Israel wipes out entire families, erasing generations in mere moments. Israel’s brutality knows no bounds—they are the very definition of state terrorism. The world’s silence is nothing less than complicity in murder. Israel doesn’t seek peace. They seek to annihilate. Gaza is burning, Beirut is burning and Israel is wielding the torch. How many more children need to die before the world wakes up? How long will the powerful stand aside, letting Israel’s apartheid regime carry out ethnic cleansing in broad daylight? How many more lives?

No country in the world is invulnerable. Israel is no different. There will always be those who seek to harm innocent people. Even if Israel makes peace with the entire Middle East, there will always be the chance that some actor will seek to wreck that for their own nefarious purposes. October 7th was a seminal moment in Israeli history. It humbled Israel's mighty defence establishment and not so much humiliated Netanyahu, Israel's self-styled Mr. Security and author of a book titled "Terrorism: How the West Can Win", as it made the entire right-wing government seem utterly incompetent. The following nine months were incredibly difficult as the country fought tooth and nail to restore its deterrence, quite possibly at the cost of bringing more of the hostages back home. Can Israel make peace with adherents of radical Islam? Almost certainly not. And so why attacks like October 7th will always be the vision of the maniacs who form Hamas, Hezbollah, and in the minds of countless civilians in the region who hold these beliefs. Hopefully the time will come when their views soften, when they can regard a Jewish state not as intolerable, but as natural and historically just. For now, however, the sad reality is that the demonstration of readiness to resort to force is paradoxically necessary to bring about calm. For that reason, in time we will see October 7th as a seminal moment for the wider Middle East. The targeting of three major terror leaders over the last few weeks shows that Israel is not the same Israel as on October 6th. Those who seek to do harm will know that they cannot act with impunity. The horrendous attack that day fundamentally changed the balance. Even as Israel stretches out its hand in peace to those serious about living in harmony, we will no longer allow ourselves to be deluded by false hopes. We will rebuild, step by painful step. The recent world reaction to the rescue of Israeli hostages, who were held captive by Hamas for eight months, is deeply concerning and highlights a disturbing double standard. During the rescue mission, civilians were tragically killed, and the global response has been to blame Israel. This reaction is not only absurd but also morally bankrupt. There has been a deafening silence about the responsibility of Hamas, a recognised terrorist organization, in holding innocent people hostage for months. No questions are raised about the civilians who were complicit in this act of barbarity. Where is the outrage against those who perpetuate such heinous crimes? Instead, the world’s moral compass seems to have gone astray, focusing solely on Israel’s actions while ignoring the fundamental issue: the kidnapping and continued captivity of innocents by Hamas. This misplaced blame not only undermines the gravity of terrorism but also emboldens those who use human lives as bargaining chips. I have no doubt that if Hamas laid down its arms and released the hostages, the war would end. The path to peace is clear, yet the international community continues to misplace its outrage. It is imperative that the international community re-evaluates its stance and condemns the true culprits—Hamas—for their blatant disregard for human life and dignity. The selective outrage must end, and a balanced, just perspective must prevail.

I am sure now, as ever, that Israel must root out this evil. I also have major concerns about corruption and support for terrorism within civilian organizations in Gaza, particularly the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA). Recent intelligence, widely reported, shows that ten percent of UNRWA employees have ties to Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. That amounts to more than 1,200 UNRWA members sowing the seeds of terrorism and antisemitism throughout Gaza. The reports found that 12 UNRWA members actually participated in the savage October 7 attacks. I was glad to support the freeze in U.S. funding of UNRWA; it is disgraceful to think about the hate and violence fostered by UNRWA.   Again, thank you for contacting me about this issue; I am proud to continue supporting Israel in this time of need." BLANCAREAL STANDS WITH ITS ALLIES, FRIENDS & FAMILY. One year after October 7, which was marked by the horrific pogrom and massacre committed by Hamas against Israelis, we remember the innocent victims and express our solidarity with the Israeli people. The victims included Israelis and non-Israelis, Jews and non-Jews, Muslims, Druze, and Christians, all affected by Hamas's and Hezbollah's violence. Since that fateful day, we have witnessed the cruel realities of radical Islamism and terrorism, whether in the Middle-East or in Europe, alongside Iran's destructive role in undermining peace initiatives, such as the Abraham Accords, which aimed to foster reconciliation between Israel and several Arab and Muslim countries. Iran and its allies seek to obstruct normalization of relations between Israel and its neighbors, exacerbating tensions and divisions instead of fostering stability. Today, more than ever, the fight against anti-Semitism must be a national and human priority. We also pray for the restoration of peace between Israelis and Palestinians, advocating for dialogue over violence, and for the liberation of the Palestinian people from Hamas and other terrorist groups. Furthermore, we urge European and American leaders to boldly condemn terrorism and take decisive action toward a future where peace and justice prevail over violence. We will always stand up for the safety of our friends, families, partners and allies.

THE DILEMMA FOR THE HEROIC NATION OF ISRAEL Israel must feel feel the world has turned its back against them as it fights the most brutal war in the country’s existence and now mourns 12 children killed on a football field by a rocket fired by Hezbollah The UN Security Council normally quick to call one of its futile Emergency meetings to condemn Israel has hitherto, been conspicuously silent despite Hezbollah being accused of committing war crimes and violating the council's resolution 1701 that ended the last war between Lebanon and Israel. And a few human rights organisations have condemned the attack but have not mentioned Hezbollah. As far as I am aware, there has been little or no “outrage” against the latest indiscriminate killing by this other, terrorist group. It is akin to the terrible rape, torture and mass killing committed by Hamas on October 7 which has seemingly been dismissed, ignored, forgotten by many in the West as in a grotesque twist of reality, Israel is accused of being the aggressor in this genocidal war which was initiated by Hamas, and Hezbollah, with both supported by Iran. You couldn't make this up could you? Why are so many people in the Western Democracies blind to the facts but believe the anti-Semitic lies, and propaganda issued by those terrorist organisations who have publicly vowed to obliterate the entire Jewish/Israeli nation? For many Israelis, this whole situation is a nightmare because Hezbollah’s daily attacks, together with the war against Hamas makes a full scale war a real probability Israel is facing an impossible situation. It is urged to accept a ceasefire against one terrorist enemy, Hamas, who prevaricates, obfuscates and continues to hold hostages in appalling conditions and another, Hezbollah whose daily attacks have caused destruction in Northern Israel. It cannot fight an existential war with one hand tied behind its back, which is the reality of the so-called ceasefire and it cannot ignore the serious and increasing destruction emanating from Lebanon This is is a terrible dilemma and increases the probability of full scale war – something it does not want but given the ambivalence and unrealistic expectations of its Western allies, that heroic and only democratic nation in the region may be left with little or no choice.

How come all of this feels so familiar? What's going on here? Are we stuck in a perennial Groundhog Day, destined to keep making the same, exact mistake over and over and over again? This feels exactly the same as the film but with a few more needless deaths and a bit less lighthearted humour. Wake up 1. Find that Israel has yet again done something shitty to another Muslim neighbour. 2. The poor victim reacts in desperation. 3. Just like a ventriloquist's dummy, the United States, the bully's bully, immediately blames the victim, places sanctions on the victim, mercilessly bombs the victim, all the victim’s friends, and all the victim’s family. Repeat again and again and always express complete and total surprise that the victims dare to defend themselves. Act as if this is the first time that this has ever happened. Repeat again and again and always deny that Israel's belligerence and aggressive ethnic cleansing is the root cause of all these stupid wars. Act as if this is the first time that this has ever happened. Repeat again and again and always deny that the United States, bristling with advanced weaponry, is Israel's proxy militia in its never-ending war on Muslims and people of colour. Act as if this is the first time that this has ever happened. The attack on Crocus City Hall near Moscow, killing more than 130 people is a despicable terror attack that must be condemned unequivocally. The evil the Russian government is responsible for in Ukraine, Syria, Chechnya, Afghanistan or elsewhere, does not justify a brutal attack on Russian civilians attending a concert.  FULL STOP. No "but", no "context", no "did not happen in a vacuum." "One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter" is a wrong and harmful saying because terrorism is about the means used in a struggle, while fighting for freedom is about the ends of the struggle. Acts of terrorism are under no circumstances justifiable by considerations of a political, philosophical, ideological, racial, ethnic, religious or other similar nature. These are not my words; these are the words of the UN Security Council in Resolution 1566 (2004) though UN officials and other statesmen tend to forget that often lately. People, organizations and governments taking a consistent and unbiased universal stand against terrorism, is a prerequisite for effectively fighting this barbarity.
