Even days later, the sting of that empty job promise (fake job promise) refuses to fade away. I can't seem to shake the feelings of anger, disappointment, and embarrassment that come with being led on and then left high and dry. It's one of those situations that keeps replaying in my mind, no matter how hard I try to move past it. The more I dwell on it, the more questions arise. I'm pretty sure it was a transphobic "attack" on me and Vanessa. If you've ever found yourself in a similar position—thrilled by the prospect of a new opportunity (when you've been unemployed for months...years), only to have it ripped away—you know how deeply that can cut. It's a harsh reminder of how vulnerable we can feel when our hopes are tied to something as crucial as employment. For those wondering about the company behind this letdown, Vanessa spilled it on the latest episode of the Transcending Humanity Podcast. While I'm still licking my wounds, I refuse to let this experience diminish my determination. The path may be lined with rejections and disappointments, but I'll keep pushing forward, opening myself up to new possibilities—just a little wiser and more guarded after this recent letdown. #Hiring #Jobs #JobSearch #JobSeekers #Scams #Podcast #TranscendingHumanity

He defines addiction as any behavior that brings negative consequences into one's life and continues despite those consequences. Tommy emphasizes the importance of moving beyond abstinence and finding true freedom in recovery. Tommy also highlights the importance of living from the inside out and recognizing that external factors cannot make us whole or bring lasting fulfillment. In this conversation, Tommy Rosen discusses the importance of living an inside-out life and finding presence, awareness, and consciousness. NEW PODCAST EPISODE! Today, I share my conversation with the Founder of PsycheX, Joah Halu, and his invited guest, suicide loss survivor-mom Natika Terrell. ‘Plant medicine’ has gotten a bad rap, becoming stigmatized back in 'hippie culture' that led to government bans, which are (thankfully) now beginning to disappear, allowing for unparalleled mental health research and incredible breakthroughs for depression, PTSD and more...But stigmas do not stop us here- we live & breath in a stigma-laden, all new world after suicide loss. Find Episode HERE https://lnkd.in/eq-SnBgn S5 Ep14 . Still, I did not step into this topic lightly. We discuss back stories but also get to ALL of the questions you may have AND provide a place to go to get more information if it sparks curiosity. IT'S A LONG EPISODE -- BUT worth every word! . Having been curious for some time about plant & alternative medicines, when Josh Halu reached out, I was ready to lean in. I am very excited to share this conversation with you, hoping it may add another possibility to your toolbox!
