Do you have a solid RevOps team that can help create an effective GTM process and can provide standardized, holistic, and accurate data that your organization can trust? Sounds like a great opp to meet you in person to discuss these challenges. I agree RevOps should certainly have a seat at the table. I just got back from 6sense's annual breakthrough event -- I performed 13 interviews in 2 days for my podcast there -- and one of the key takeaways boiled down to going back to the basics. Get the foundations done first and then build.
Nancy, GTM efficiency is like a well-oiled machine – it needs the right parts, precision, and a bit of oomph to run smoothly. A solid RevOps team is the mechanic who ensures everything's in top shape.
Excited to hear how Mopsapalooza goes. Love that community and what its trying to do for the industry!
This is a great roundup of useful events. Thanks for including GTMP events on this list!
Thanks for the useful tips Nancy!

2moOh, I didn't know about any of those other than the GTM event in SF, which I'm tentatively planning to attend. Sounds pretty cool. I love how AI is getting infused into RevOps. There are some exciting new tools and integrations that can really take what we've been doing and accelerate learning, and I love hearing how others are doing it.
