Supporting a tech founder 20 hours/week - Must be UK based (& a UK Citizen, no Visa's) Role/hours could be shared as it's diverse & hard to find someone that covers it all MUST HAVE'S: 1. General: - Ltd company - Worked with Access to Work budgets - Be extremely reliable, conscientious, organised, pragmatic, (dare I say it, a 'can do' positive, solution focused attitude), empathetic of ND conditions, structured, 'safe pair of hands' - Excellent communication skills, spelling, grammar & accurate financial accuracy skills - Strong breadth & depth of admin experience - Able to see where automation, templating & smart working can be implemented - Very experienced working with ND founders - Exceptional Microsoft Office skills - Advanced Excel & Google Sheets experience & skills - Skilled at Excel filtering, resolving formula / other errors & trouble-shooting, sorting & processing large amounts of spreadsheet data - Advanced PPT & Google slides experience & skills - Familiar with tech / software / apps needed for office working ie Zoom, Otter AI, Miro, Trello & can pick up new tools easily 2. ND - Worked with autistic, dyslexic, ADHD founders & therefore understands the nuances of the challenges potentially faced & how the conditions manifest - Experienced reviewing dyslexics' work, ensuring correct spelling, grammar & financial calculation accuracy - Skilled at helping to structure complex or detailed information into organised & coherent (& edited) structure 3. Types of tasks: - Keeping on top of expenses & the assets that contribute towards company taxes eg expenses tracker (Excel), revenue tracker (Excel) - Reviewing documents for key info, errors etc - Cross-checking business bank statements to financial spreadsheets - Owning various ongoing spreadsheets for invoicing, revenue & expenses - Arranging / co-ordinating meetings, workshops - Helping with emails & other comms - Organising & owning assets, documents & folder structure - Helping put together, review & edit new business PPT decks - Assisting with marketing & social media - Helping manage online communities - Helping with LinkedIn admin - Setting up social media presence on various platforms & creating / co-creating posts & content - Managing & updating CMS systems - Being my 'co-pilot' to help keep me on the straight & narrow Bonus if you happen to live in Hampshire or the Isle of Wight!
