𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 "𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐫" 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝟑 (𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐈'𝐦 𝐎𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝!) Just finished binging season 3 of The Bear and wow, what a ride! This show is absolutely incredible. One episode in particular, episode 6 "Napkins," really hit home for me, and I have a feeling it will resonate with anyone who's ever dealt with a layoff and the challenges of re-entering the workforce. 𝐓𝐢𝐧𝐚'𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 We find Tina in the aftermath of being laid off from her previous job. This episode hits hard for anyone who's ever navigated the often-daunting world of resumes, interviews, and the uncertainty of finding the right fit after a job loss.
