Occasionally people will make a strategic financial decision to maintain a large investment in their company's stock. Way more often, people end up with an outsized investment in their company's stock as the result of inertia. With RSUs likely making up a large component of your compensation, don't let inertia be the driving force behind major financial decisions (or, indecisions)!
