Jerry Seinfeld on writing: "The way to be a better comic is to create better jokes and the way to create better jokes is to write every day. Get a wall calendar with a whole year on one page and hang it on a prominent wall. Get a big red magic marker. For each day that you write, put a big red X over that day. After a few days, you’ll have a chain. Keep at it and the chain will grow longer every day. You’ll like seeing that chain, especially when you get a few weeks under your belt. Your only job next is to not break the chain. It doesn’t matter how great or how bad the jokes are. What matters is not breaking the chain."

In every situation, we hold the power to choose our path: reaction or response. Reacting is instinctual, often without thoughtful consideration. On the other hand, responding requires a moment of contemplation. When presented with an opportunity to respond, let's choose love as our guiding light. It means approaching others with kindness, care, and compassion. 💚 Discover more about who we are at https://lnkd.in/djTFFcn4 today!

"REWIRING THE HUMAN PSYCHE: FROM RECTION TO POSSIBILITY" Rejection is baked into the human psyche, a reflex born from fear—fear of failure, fear of risk, and fear of the unknown. Saying "no" feels safe, as if it guards us from regret. But with every rejection, we don’t just close a door for others—we shrink our own horizons. This isn't just theory—it's reality. When we reached out to hundreds of universities with a youth mentoring program, only one responded—and even that was a “no.” When we approached PR agencies, we met excuses, unmet promises, and demands for upfront fees—most didn’t even bother to understand the opportunity we were offering. And investors? The ones who responded were often playing games, with few genuinely interested in collaboration. These stories aren't unique. They reflect the daily experiences of countless people across industries—ideas rejected, opportunities misunderstood, and growth denied at the starting line. This isn’t just rejection; it’s a system that blocks progress at the very gates. In rejecting growth, we aren’t just fooling others—we’re cheating ourselves. The instinct to reject stems from an outdated scarcity mindset, where opportunities seem limited, so we guard them as if they’re finite. But the truth is, opportunity multiplies when shared. What if, instead of saying “no,” we said, "let’s explore," or "not now, but let’s stay connected"? Leadership in this new paradigm isn’t about being selective; it’s about enabling others to succeed. Take Walt Disney, who faced over 300 rejections before someone finally saw his vision. Imagine the years lost—not just for Disney, but for all of us who now cherish the magic he created. Every rejection delayed the creation of a billion-dollar empire that today brings joy to millions. Growth delayed is growth denied. What we need is a shift in thinking—a move from fear to exploration, from rejection to possibility. Leadership isn’t about closing doors; it’s about creating space for ideas to grow. Every time we say “yes,” even cautiously, we open the door to collaboration, trust, and shared success. Let’s stop delaying growth by making rejection a habit. Imagine how much faster the world could move forward if every “no” became "not yet" or "let’s try." The greatest leaders aren’t those who stand taller—they’re those who lift others, who see potential where others see risk, and who say, "yes, let’s see where this goes." In the end, the opposite of rejection isn’t just acceptance—it’s unlocking the future. The power to overcome rejection lies in rewiring ourselves and our systems to recognize that the next big thing might already be knocking. The question is—will we answer?
