In this video, I am answering the most commonly asked question: "Kya isme sugar hain?" (Does this contain sugar?) and explaining what superfoods do. If you have recently heard the term "Superfoods" a lot but don't exactly know what it is, here's my honest attempt to explain just that. Superfoods are a marketing term used to describe certain foods that are considered exceptionally nutritious. While there is no official scientific definition, the term "Superfood" generally refers to foods that contain high concentrations of beneficial compounds like vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and healthy fats. Though the superfood craze may seem like a recent phenomenon—with trendy ingredients like acai, cacao, amaranth, and maca gaining popularity—some examples of nutrient-packed superfoods include dark leafy greens like kale and spinach, which are rich sources of vitamins A, C, E, and K, as well as iron, potassium, calcium, fiber, and antioxidants. Nuts and seeds, such as walnuts, amla, tulsi, flaxseed, quinoa, and chia, are also touted as superfoods due to their protein, magnesium, and fiber content. Now, you might consider the term “Superfood” to be a fad, but the truth of the matter is that foods commonly given this label are undoubtedly highly nutritious and can be excellent additions to a balanced, healthy diet. . . . #utopiandrinks #smoothie #greensmoothies #goodgut #zerosugar #diabeticfreindly
