Done right, though, they can become one of your most valuable tools. If you're an DTC ecom brand looking to gain deeper insights into your audience, here's a tip: ✅ Segment your customers and prospects when sending surveys: Each group has different needs. For Prospects: ↳ Find out what's holding them back from making a purchase. For Customers: ↳ Pinpoint their challenges, how you've helped solve them, and gain insight into their "why." Next time you run a survey, make sure to tailor separate versions for each audience group. Try it out to gain a much deeper understanding of your subscriber base.
