Sales teams, are you tired of hearing that cold calling is dead? There's a lot of bad advice out there, from rotating A-numbers to using localized numbers, but none of that will significantly improve your results. People don't respond to unknown numbers, and changing your number won't help if you're still using bad calling practices. So, how can you reach your prospects by phone? The best way is to let them know it's you calling. Transparency is key, and the best way to achieve this is through branded calling. Traditional Caller ID (CNAM) isn't fully adopted by cellphone users, and it limits your bank of numbers to a singular name, which is often truncated and at times illegible or completely inaccurate. Branded calling, on the other hand, allows you to customize each number to reflect its origin, whether it be calling department or call purpose. Let's bring trust and transparency back to sales teams. Say goodbye to deceptive calling strategies and hello to branded calling. #Sales #Strategy #TheWholeBunch

Rule 3️⃣ of phone sales mastery: Follow a framework. Have you ever been on an hour long sales call that doesn’t accomplish much? ⏱️ Or perhaps, you’ve had an overly chatty client that continuously redirects your conversation to somewhere you never intended it to go? 😵💫 Maybe you’ve failed a secret shop call because you feature dumped for days without ever making a genuine connection with the person on the other line 😩 If the answer to any of these is yes, you need a dialogue framework. Here’s a simple example: ▪️Introduction: Name, title, what that title means, how you wish to help. ▪️Intention: Lay out a few things you wish to accomplish during your call and confirm that they’re in agreement. ▪️Investigation: Once the tone is set, dig in. You should be asking thoughtful questions to better understand your client and get to the root of their most pressing concerns. ▪️Invitation: Summarize the situation as you understand it, confirm that understanding, extend invitation and agree upon next steps. What would you add? 🤔 #seniorliving #salesenablement #salesstrategy #assistedliving

"Turning Cold Calls into Unforgettable Connections" Phone sales is more than just pitching a product—it’s about creating memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression. To make your calls stand out, focus on listening more than talking. Start by asking open-ended questions like, “Could you tell me more about what’s most important to you right now?” This shifts the dynamic from a typical sales call to a conversation that feels personal and engaging. When customers feel genuinely heard and understood, you’re not just selling a product—you’re building trust. That connection makes a huge difference and can turn a simple call into a valuable relationship that sticks with them long after the call ends.

Got a persistent sales email that missed the mark? 🤔 Here's what happened: I received a few emails from someone eager to meet about their services. I always try to respond promptly, but this time the emails came in rapid succession. I politely explained I wasn't the right fit and suggested someone else at my company who could benefit from their product. Their response? They insisted I was the one who needed the meeting. 🤨 In sales, active listening is crucial. Instead of asking me for a referral, they doubled down on a meeting with a non-decision maker. Result? Email deleted. 🗑️ Lesson learned: Don't let your enthusiasm for your product overshadow the customer's needs. Always listen and respect their guidance. Love to hear your thoughts on this… #sales #listenfirst #relationshipbuilding #vxi
