I think too often brand campaigns focus on "eliciting" a response rather than providing value. I recently read an article all about the creativity brand teams must bring to the table... and I felt I had to write this: Sure, creative brand campaigns are fine but I'd rather focus on a campaign that helps create a relationship founded on value. I know many will disagree but I find those hyper-creative hooks to be fleeting. Users may (or may not) notice them. They may have a "wow" effect to an extent - but that generally wears off quickly. Personally, I think the best brand campaigns are the ones that help drive industry-related education. That dynamic of teacher/learner is incredibly powerful and entirely underappreciated. Marketing teams should be careful to focus more on value and less on patting themselves on the back for an amazing creative idea... but that's just me. #marketing

Most businesses fail because they don't know this. How to understand the difference between Advertising and Branding! Let me simply break it down for you. 🗣️ 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴: How you let the world know what you're selling. It’s about visibility and outreach, ensuring that people are aware of your products or services. 🤝🏻 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: It's about the perceptions and emotions your product evokes.
